Welcome to Skullding Hot! These terms and conditions apply to every order you place with us through www.skulldinghot.nl. They explain everything about your rights and obligations as a customer and what you can expect from us. Please feel free to read them and save them for your records.

2. Definitions

• Agreement : any purchase agreement between Skullding Hot and the customer.

These terms and conditions apply to every offer and agreement made through our webshop. Deviations are only binding if we have confirmed them in writing.

4. Prices and information

• All prices include VAT and any statutory levies.

• Shipping costs will be listed separately before you order.

5. Conclusion of the agreement

• The agreement is concluded as soon as you accept our offer and meet the associated conditions.
• After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Until then, you can cancel the agreement free of charge.
• We may, within legal limits, check a customer's creditworthiness. We may refuse orders from businesses or resellers.

6. Delivery and execution

• We will ship your order as soon as possible, at the latest within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
• If delivery is delayed, we'll inform you. You can then cancel the agreement or accept a new delivery date.
• Delivery will be made to the address you provided. Once the order is delivered, the risk passes to you.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect address information or failure to collect your order, we may deduct the shipping and return costs from the refund amount.
• If a product is unavailable, we can offer a comparable alternative. You can always return it free of charge.

7. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

• You have 14 days to cancel your order after receiving it.

• Return costs are at your own expense.

• For uncollected packages that are returned, we will charge you the actual shipping and return costs.

• During the cooling-off period, you can inspect and evaluate the product as you would in a store. If you continue to use it and it diminishes in value, we are entitled to charge you for that.

• You can notify us of your return by email or using the standard withdrawal form. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the products.

• We will refund you within 14 days of your notification (including standard shipping costs), provided we have received the products or you can prove that you have sent them.

• If you choose a more expensive shipping option than standard, we will only reimburse the standard costs.

• Exception: opened or used cosmetics, care products or items whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

• A different return policy may apply to products that were part of a promotion or bundle. We always mention this in the promotion information.

8. Payment

Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
If you choose to pay afterwards, a payment term of 14 days after receipt of the order applies.

9. Warranty and conformity

Our products comply with the agreement and the legal requirements of soundness.
Please report any defects or complaints as soon as possible by email.
If a complaint is justified, we will ensure repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price.

10. Complaints

We will respond within 5 business days. If it takes longer, you will receive a confirmation with an expected delivery time.

In case of complaints, a consumer should first contact the retailer. If the online store is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and complaints cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. If a solution is still not reached, the consumer has the option to submit their complaint to the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision is binding, and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding decision. Submitting a dispute to this dispute committee involves costs that the consumer must pay to the committee in question.

11. Privacy

Skullding Hot processes personal data in accordance with our privacy policy , as stated on the website. By placing an order, you agree to this.

12. Final provisions

• These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

• Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Skullding Hot is established, unless the law prescribes otherwise.

• If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. We will replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that best reflects its purpose.

• “Written” also includes communication by e-mail, provided it can be traced back to the sender.

13. Gift cards

• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

• Cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Only available via www.skulldinghot.nl

• Each voucher has a unique code; if you lose it, we will not issue a new code.

• If your order is higher than the value of the voucher, you will pay the difference.

• Abuse, fraud or commercial use is prohibited and may result in blocking.

• After 12 months of validity, the right to use expires unless we apply a goodwill arrangement.
