Warranty

At Skullding Hot, we care about our products and do our utmost to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, something can happen during transport, or a product may not function properly.

✨ At Skullding Hot, we believe there's a solution for every problem. So, do you have a complaint or are you unsure about something? Let us know; we're happy to help!

What is covered under warranty?

- A product is damaged or incomplete upon arrival.
- A defect that should not be there arises within a reasonable period of time.
- The product does not function as you might reasonably expect.

Always report a defect to us within 2 months of discovery via hello@skulldinghot.nl

What is not covered by the warranty?

• Damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
• Products that have not been stored properly (e.g. wax that melts in the sun).
• Normal wear and tear or signs of use.
• Ignoring instructions for use or warnings.

• For bath and skin products: complaints that arise from use contrary to the instructions (if in doubt, always consult a doctor or dermatologist).

Is something wrong? Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@skulldinghot.nl with your order number and, if possible, photos. We'll work together to find a suitable solution.

Complaints

We want you to be happy with your order and our service. However, there's always the possibility that something might not go exactly as planned.

How to report a complaint

• Email to hello@skulldinghot.nl with your order number, description and any photos.
• We'll respond within 5 business days . If we need more time, we'll let you know.

Not satisfied with the handling?

Of course, it can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. In that case, please let us know first by sending an email to hello@skulldinghot.nl
We are happy to work with you to find a solution.
